April Hatch Thread--Come Join Us!

I have 8 eggs that just came today, and are due on the 22nd. I have 8 Salmon Faverolles in my Mini Advance! One has an air cell detached and floating around the egg... What do I do???
Congratulations on the Salmon Faverolle eggs! They are one of my favorite breeds. Can't wait to get some.

This article: https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/hatching-eggs-101 has great info on shipped eggs and detached air cells. Hope it all goes well for you!

My SFH eggs came in this morning, 3 extras for a total of 15 all look good. These are supposed to be from a mostly blk & blue pen, which I want to add more of to my flock- so hoping they hatch well

My eggs are on day 24 now. I candled them and they are all still moving. Days 1-17 temp was 99-100 degrees and humidity was about 35%. Days 18-current(24) temp is still 99-100 degrees and humidity 75%. None of them have internally pipped from what I could tell and none of them have hatched. Do you guys think they will still hatch since they are still moving? What do you think went wrong? or what do i need to change?
Ahhhhh, it's so hard to be patient! lol

24! wow I've never had them go that long...

decided to candle the turkey & polish bantam eggs. only day 3, but looks like 12 of the 18 polish already have veining! I see some development in 3 of the 6 turkey eggs... will candle again this weekend. still waiting on SLW & another set of bourbon reds to come in...

My last little mallard hatched on her own last night! So glad all she needed was a bit of help at the beginning and was able to do the rest in her own. She's cheeping like crazy for her siblings but I left her in the hatcher to dry until I get home after work. Then she can join her flock in the brooder.
