I am having the same issue with my digital. It started reading better when left in one of the corners rather than anywhere else. I have 4 thermometers and only once have they all read the same in my forced air.... makes me wonder which ones are really reading correctly .... approximately 2 days until I know!So th temp went down last night in my house so ofcourse my stink little giant did as well... I woke up at 2:30 am to find it at 97.6! I don't know how long it was at that temp, most likely an hour or so. So I had to fool around with it and watch it for an hour and a half before I was satisfied it wouldn't spike on meit has been at 98.6-98.9 since then and I just turned it up slightly more. will they be okay after being in these temps for a few hours? Also, I am so frustrated with the thermometer/hygrometer I got at walmart. The hygrometer part seems to work fine, but the thermometer stinks! My old little zoo med thermometer reads 99.8 while the walmart one reads 102! and then it doesn't even fluctuate well or use decimal points. It spiked back and forth from 102 to 104 last night while the other one was still at 100. I hope my littleo ne is right because that is what I have been going by.![]()
