Amazing birds!

Hi Guys, Im a little late in getting in on this discussion. But.....
I have a 3 year old Blackshoulder midnight with that turning white gene.
I first noticed his white feathering around 16-18 months old.... here he is today at 3 years old.
I dont think he is turning white as fast as the bronze boy... I have only seen 2 white train feathers so far.
I have had only one line of midnights in maybe 6 years, and this is the first one I have seen this happen to....

KAT.. I have seen the white eye gene work like that midnight is doing,, A few of my birds did not show white eyes for 4 yrs an then start,,, next year I would guess he will have more white eyes in the train.. george

We had a Bronze male turn White like that and his dad did the samething so both of us stopped breeding with them didn't want that gene to keep going on and on. She still has hers (not using him for breeding) I sold mine to the Taxidermists after he died he was worth more dead then alive.
