Araucana (and their Eggs)

okay! so do ALL Araucanas lay blue eggs? I just watched one drop a light brown egg...unless it is not Araucana but pretty sure it is...any help is appreciated

If you send a picture I could help guarentee to the best of my ability at least that you have an ararucana and Im pretty sure all purebred/actual araucana's lay blue/bluish green eggs c:

If it dropped a brown egg it is not an Araucana -- it *could* be an Easter Egger (that depends on whether you are in camp A which says anything resulting from a blue egg laying cross is an Easter Egger or camp B which says that only chicks from such crosses that produce colored eggs are truly Easter Eggers).
Post a photo of your bird and we can help you ID what your bird is.

I went to your profile and see a photo labeled as Araucana - that bird shown is an Easter Egger, a mixed breed bird that has one parent with blue egg laying genetics, but it is not an Araucana.
