I’d so love to know whether this little girl we bought today (4-5 months apparently) is indeed a girl? She seems to have pointy neck feathers, possibly pointy saddle feathers but unsure? I’ve never had this breed before. She’s also so friendly and affectionate, which I usually find is more common in roosters.. she was trying to snuggle under our other chook today. Help! Xoxo Kylie
Also, her poor little beak, unsure what that may be from but I hope it isn’t causing her pain, she seems to eat ok.

At 20 weeks of age, I'm leaning pullet, but am not 100 % on that. The bird has a crooked beak tending towards cross beak. Keep an eye on it as sometimes this condition worsens as the bird ages.
