To replicate that color, your best candidates are males with little to no black in the breast. The next best is BBR or Duckwing males, yes, but half your offspring will look like normal duckwing x wheaten or pure duckwing or pure wheaten (BBR) birds. The other half will look much like her.
My boy Marango (pictured now and then in the thread, yellow and blue in color) is almost identical to your buff colored female(s) genetically speaking.
Her and the splash colored male will just make pure blue girls, blue leaky boys. Unless the boy is carrying recessive wheaten or duckwing.
