Heck, I don't blow out the fart eggs, I just put them in a wire basket and they dry up fine. There will be a bit of a rattle when the inside is dried up. Never had one "rot" or stink or not dry up yet.Well I would definitely blow it out and save it. It is just too pretty to throw away.

I don't think your hen is blue birchen. Here is a pic from the net of a black birchen. You can fade the black to blue to know what a blue birchen would look like.
And here is a picture of a silver duckwing. This is one of Lanae's birds. Once again, if add blue, this looks closer to your hens color.
It looks like extrajava has a blue cockerel with red leakage.
He is probably a black breasted red that hasn't fully developed yet. What color was he when he hatched?
