Got a ameraucana baby, and another almost out. The one that is not quite out has a lot of blood showing..hope it's alright..

I now have 2 babies...the one with a lot of blood is kinda weak, hoping it will be ok.
One of the araucana eggs is now pipped...

It might not! What you need to do is keep it in the brooder or incubator so it is warm, but separate. The other chicks may try and peck at the yolk. Some people put the chick in a tupperware in the brooder to create a barrier. The yolk has to be kept moist so the chick can work on absorbing it, though. A damp paper towel can do the trick, which will be warm if the chick is in a warm place. Sometimes the yolks dry up and fall off after a few days.
