Are Africans broody?

I'm hoping I have a pair of Africans. I was wondering, are they known to go broody and hatch out their own eggs?

Yesh they do and boy are they aggressive when they are ready to set...at least ours were...chinese are just as bad...

Thats what I thought, but then yesterday someone in my town told me they wouldnt, so I wanted to double check.
