Duck isn't bad; but you have to have free ranged or wild else it will be disgustingly fatty

Just cleaning it was bad enough, I doubt anyone could actually touch it to their tongue....
Do you know how smelly chickens are?
If you try the sauerkraut it cuts the fat. Do not eat the sauerkraut, just throw it away, but the flavor into the duck is super and the fat seems to stay in the kraut.
I don't support your view of ducks, but I approve your method of getting rid of them

I will say ducks smell worse than chickens... But I love my ducks... But am currently finding them a home... Cuz I don't find as much joy in breeding them as I do chickens...
We literally are filling it full of beef as I type lol! We got to pick up our half of a beef from the butcher shop today.

We have 5 freezers and 4 are full, We could get by without seeing a grocery store all winter.
BTW there is not one duck in any of them!

We have two chest freezers and a freezer on the bottom of our fridge and then a freezer on the pantry fridge.
