Are my chicks alive?

You should plan for an assisted hatch, but it will likely turn into an eggtopsy. I had one I started investigating at 25 days - it passed the float test, but appeared to have died around 19 days considering its position and lack of yolk absorption. Maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised, but doesn't seem likely with no movement or internal pip.
