Are my cockerels horndogs?

Frisky? Try maniacs. You have absolutely no idea know how many times I've told my Romeos "you'll catch more flies with sugar than with vinegar". They never listen.
Bwuahahahahahahaha!!! The one ain't gonna catch anything without a ladder, considering he's a tiny bantam and his girlfriends are ducks.

Here is a picture of my boyfriend building the coop last weekend.
Is the soffit area open for ventilation?
Hate to tell you, but the metal roof with no wood or insulation under it will probably gather condensation during certain weather conditions in your climate,
hopefully it will run down the slope instead of dripping into the coop.

We bought the shed as a shell already and are adding all the extra stuff: windows, vents, insulation, etc. Boyfriend is an engineer. He told me the same thing and that he's doing something to it? I don't remember, not as smart as him when it comes to construction. There's going to be gutters and roof over the run and vault against predators.
