Are my duckling's eyes normal?

My duckling's eyes have looked like this for about a week and a half. The other eye looks the same as the one in the picture. It looks more like the eye lid then the eye. Is it swollen or normal?

They always look like that, here is a picture of the other eye.

May be some inflammation there. Does he have a head wash bowl?

They need to be able to wash their entire heads frequently.

I put him in my bath tub at least twice a day. It hasn't gotten any worse then when i first noticed it and he does't scratch at his eyes or anything like that.

Hmmmm. Might there be something irritating his eyes somehow? There are eye ointment and medicated drops . . . They sometimes get infected. How is he doing otherwise? Any sneezing or wheezing?

He occasionally sneezes, no wheezing at all though.

I would look into some kind of antibiotics for eyes.
