Not sure how long it’s been without the mom but we have incubated them about 28 days. I do see embryos in some and only one I see no movement but it looks fully developed. Here’s two of my eggs I think they are dead. We have no idea how long the mom was off them so we knew their survival rate would be low.

First one looks like it's dead or rot. It may explode if you try and open it up XD (had 3 do that to me this yr), the other seems dead to. Looks like it has part of a blood ring.

If wild migratory Waterfowl it's illegal to hatch them anyways. Possibly she abandoned the nest because she was a first time Broody?

Ok just took out five of my eggs that I know were dead and we opened them and they were not very developed. Still have five left that have a lager mass and I can’t see an embryo on them. Still no movement since early this morning.

Yep, that they do. Takes a lot of energy to hatch.
