My hens have been laying since January. The eggs are a very nice size now and I know they're fertilized as I've seen the bulls eye. Is it a bad idea to hatch these eggs or should I wait til the hens are older? They'll be 1 year old in August.

    TIA! [IMG]

If they have been laying since Jan. I would go ahead and incubate them.

They seem fine to be incubated to me.

Yea! [IMG] I just know I'm going to end up with one of those humongous incubators one of these days! [IMG]

I'm a nut--I've already got eggs coming this week and next that will fill up the 2 hovabators and now I'm dying to try some of my own!

Where's the best place to get a hovabator 1588--that's the really good one, right?

2 years ago we got our hovabator and the turner from our farm store. This year our farm store is selling the LG. I think they are selling for about $50. Never really looked at the price.
