Are Sermas Florida cold hardy?

Are Seramas Milton, Florida (northwest panhandle) cold weather hardy? We are fixing to move both Chicken Tender Nike and General Pinecone or Frizzle Serama Outside. I'm Just concerned how cold weather hardy he'll be? I mean we get down to the 30tys bit that's the coldest we get better. Will he bee ok outside?
