Aww, they’re adorable. Here’s a couple of mine
Would it be fine to get rocks from outside, I don’t have enough marbles. They are cute....I love them when they are little like this.
On a side note, but not sure with that waterer but you might want to put some rocks or marbles in there just so they can't fall in and drown.
Oh no! I hope they arrive safelyStill waiting on mine.
They made their last stop at 10 last night so no reason they shouldn't have made it to our PO on first truck this morning but they didn't.
PO said probably be on their express truck that comes in around 10:30.
You'll were worried and yours went smoothly. I wasn't worried and now look.
Already 80° and headed for mid 90°s. Don't need my chicks in a hot truck.
That’s good, I was wondering, is it normal that my salmon Faverolle chick is almost always under the brooder plate and seems really sleepy.I did get the call at 10:30. Home now and everyone seems in good shape.
Ya that could be it, I don’t think I’ve seen it eat or drink much but I’ll check it’s crop, I’ll check for pasty butt again too.Bear, is this chick eating and drinking? It may just be tired, or also dehydrated, needing a boost. Pasty butt? You can drip electrolyte solution or plain warm water at it's beak, for drinking, if it needs the help.

No pasty butt, crop dosn’t feel like it has much in it. She just seems to always run back under the heat plate or even fall asleep outside it.Bear, is this chick eating and drinking?
