Are there new User Titles?

I noticed one person had something like "Violated Rules: ".......
and another person had "___________" as their user title.
Is this new, and can a violed rules person come back?
Just curious, I donn'y plan on breaking any rules.

Someone who violates the rules usually gets a warning, a temp probation, a longer probation and so on. After a period of time, depending on the infraction and frequency, they may ask to be reinstated as a regular "member."

Those are often set when the situation is still up in the air. Sometimes its if we forget to change it!
