Are these 'Ameraucana's' actually EE's and gender?

These two chicks have been fighting since the day I got them. They are 7-8 weeks old. I bought them as Ameraucana's but are they really EE's? I looked for signs of spurs but all of my chicks have a little bump where a spur might go, so I'm confused about that part. I know all 14 chicks aren't boys.

I think the mostly black and white one is going to be a roo, am I right? And what about the redish one... different lighter comb but obnoxious as heck and driving me nuts. That one also has an extra toe.

pips&peeps :

ee's and both cockerels

Is that because of the three row comb? I have one more that I didn't get pics of and trying to tell with that one.

Oh, and hello neighbor!

The 3 row comb is called a rose comb and is typical for EEs, male and female. At 7 weeks the second chicken has a very prominent comb. So I am going to say definitely a rooster. I see the shiny green feathers in the tail of the first one, so I am gonna say roo on that one too.

I think they are beautiful birds!!

Sorry, that is not correct. That is called a pea comb, not a rose comb.

Well, the third one (not pictured) has a 3 row comb and tinges of purple, blue, and yellow in it's feathers... comb color and size is somewhere in between the other two. Supposing that's a roo too. Bah! So much for colored eggs.
