Hi,
I got 2 chicks yesterday from an acquaintance who had received 5 as a surprise.
She had them for almost 3 weeks, and her neighbor ordered them through the mail. In comparing them to my 1 month old RIR & red sex link, they seem about a week younger.
I think they are Australorps, what do you experts think??
You can't really tell from the pic (also depicting a patient friend with two birds roosting on her shoulder), but their legs are black on the front/top side.
So far, they are very sweet, and also fast and flight-prone...
Also, when can I put them in the same big box as the other two girls? They've already met in the garden.
