Are these chicks dead in shell?

They can go 3 days without food because they absorbed the yolk of the egg.
But they usually need water after less than 12 hrs. How many have hatched, are they in the brooder yet (This must be so exciting for you!)?
 
This is the first to hatch. Sadly, none of the other eggs are hatching yet. She is all dry and in the brooder. Right now she is like a baby trying to walk. Thank you alot for the help.

How do you determine the gender and breed of the chick. She is a Rhode Island Red x Silver Laced Wyandotte.
 
Sounds like you know she's female already? Laced wyandotte can be autosexed, but not rhode island red. What do you mean exactly...?
