I still think it's a hen. At that size, my barred rock roos and hens were unmistakable. Plus the coloration is similar to all my hens. The roo was a light gray color.

That looks like it could be a black sexlink cockerel. It's too dark to be a pure Barred Rock cockerel. But that comb is too pink, too early for it to be a pullet.
Alright thanksIt's a Barred Rock. I'm still going with pullet...I'll dig some pics up for you of mine... The pullet with the biggest comb and waddles matured first and was the lead hen. She was bigger and badder from day one lol...
But yeah, the barring says pullet![]()
