Are these Delaware Chicks Roosters?

my neighbors and I purchased a number of chicks this spring and they are now just over four weeks old...

Two of the Delaware chicks my neighbor is raising have much larger combs and some “cheek stuff” that the others do not. Does this mean she randomly picked two roosters from our group of chicks that were supposed to all be females? I feel like the odds are crazy and have no idea if it is really too early to tell.

Thoughts?? The pics show two different babes but both are Delaware’s.

Sort of. A cockerel is a male chicken under 1 year old.
