Are these easter eggers?

My son got these last 2 chickens in the crate several months ago. The guy didn't know what they are. One looks like a hen and other roo but not sure if Easter Eggers or not. The legs are throwing me off

I'm no expert, but they sure look like EE's to me. And you called them right on gender. The buff looks like a pullet while the other has a cockerel's comb. It's hard to tell from the picture, but he looks to have pointed hackles (the feathers around his neck.) The leg color doesn't necessarily mean anything, breed-wise. Since EE's are mixes, any colors (eggs, feathers, legs, ...) can be all over the place. The beards and muffs are the tell-tale characteristics, here ... and of course, egg color.
Regardless, they're pretty birds!
