Are these EE's pullets or cockerels? Thanks!

I believe they are all pullets.

The one with the red shoulders, is this the bird's head here?

If so, it's a pullet - not a cockerel.


Males usually do get red in their wings, but it's at the wing bows. (more towards the shoulder) Plus, males show the 3 rows on their pea comb really early.

Here they are at nine weeks:

The darker one, Chiquita, is so huge compared to the rest of the flock and acts very masculine! The smaller white one, Gloria, is extremely flighty.
