i just read through all of these!! convinced my brother we need some dinosaurs.. its a yes if we get a chunk of land! ill hold back on being hopeful until its no longer a very distant possibility Anyway, i saw you mention that boy are sweeter? How so?? I'm sorry, ive just never seen emus for pets and im so curious

You do need some dinosaurs! Just as bad as I need Cassowaries.

The males will accept hugs and scratches. They’re generally more curious and more open to human contact. Females can be a bit more standoffish. They will tolerate some touching, but you can tell they’d rather not be touched/pet/scratched. I’m sure there are some rare cases where females are lovey, but the males have shown to make the best pets.

I should have sent a couple chicks for you with my daughter lol she’s almost to Tennessee.

The 2 shipped eBay eggs will be here Thursday. I guess I have to call the post office to ask them to hold them. Weird. Here’s hoping they arrive unharmed!

I've heard they're really really aggressive...maybe an ostrich would be a better idea, lol! They can still be mean but maybe a little less likely to try to raptor style your guts.
