Are These Girls Guys?

Hey Everyone,

Second thread within in a couple minutes, I'm on a role.

A couple weeks ago I posted a picture of one of my girls on here and someone swore it was a rooster. As they grow older I am getting more curious myself. The birds are mixed breeds being silver laced polish and Rhode island. I think they're pullets and they just look like roos because of the polishes plumage. They are 11 weeks old in these pics. let me know what you think please!

None of those three look pullety to me - and it isn't the Polish plumage I'm looking at. Their body structure is very much the lanky teenager look of a cockerel and they have some pretty good red wattle development going on. Would love to be wrong and have you post about them laying in another couple of months, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I've been robbed! She told me she was keeping ALL of the roos and I was getting only pullets. I doubt that all of the chickens hatched were boys.

If they have pointy hackle feathers they are cockrels. I agree with all the rest, but I don't do Polish. Mary

Yeah another vote for all roos. They're showing rooster type feathers and color pattern. Starting to grow white areas on back and wings.

They are all males. How exactly was she claiming to have sexed them?

I am not defending the seller but I have had all male hatches, and from my broodies no less. Lucky me.
