Are these pure silkies ?

They are not pure Silkies; neither of them have crests, and one has the wrong comb type. I don't see any visible extra toes, either.

Crestless-ness can happen occasionally. I have one without a crest currently.

Yeah this one is low quality as well

Poor guy, I’m trying to keep him (might have to fix a new coop) since I don’t think he’s exactly desired but I wouldn’t allow him to parent any chicks especially with his intense head wiggle.

They are pet quality. Nothing wrong with that unless you intend to show or breed.
