Are these silkies? Please help!

Ya they are silkie mixes and frizzled.
A product of someone's "sizzle" project.

I've learned so many new terms today reading up on these particular chicks. Sizzles, frizzles and sadly frazzles. Since there are two chicks and we aren't sure if they are male or female yet (it seems they are about 3 weeks to a month old) I'll let my sister know the dangers of breeding between these two.
