Are these veins?

The air cell is there. It's completely detached and floats all over the place. It's hard to see in the pictures, but it's at the top of the egg in all of them.

I had an egg woth a detached air cell... It was on the side of the egg. It hatched into a healthy chick

I was hoping! But this one doesn't look like it's developing properly otherwise, I think? There are spots against the inside of the egg but no bright red veins.

When I first found it, it was completely clear. It lit up like a Christmas bulb. Gradually over the past few days it has changed to look like this, which was why I thought maybe something tried to develop for a hot minute.

I'll definitely take pics!

Here it is, folks! When I cracked it, it kind of shot out of the egg just like that. Super runny. Everything was pretty much pure liquid except that chunk that's shown in the shell. It was like a big chunk of tough meat.
