Are they developing at a healthy rate?

So this is my first time raising chickens and I have 3 bantam chicken and I am following everything I’ve read on how to raise them (ie brooder setup, temperature, water with a little apple cider vinegar, Purina Start-and-Grow Medicated feed with Strong Animals’ First Peep Supplement, perch, dust bath, etc) but all the pictures I’ve seen of chicks of the same age (3-4 weeks old) are more developed than mine. They don’t seem to be going through their food too quickly, but I do give them a mix of different fresh herbs every other day or so (2 basil leaves, sprig of thyme, 2 sage leaves, and a stem of parsley between the 3 of them) and some millworms/solder fly larvae. But I wouldn’t think that should stunt their growth/development.

Any advice? Also, any idea of genders?

As long as they eating drinking playing and pooping normally I wouldn't worry. Each chick, even of the same breed, don't always grow/feather at the same rate. I'd skip the herbs, they may be filling up on the yummy stuff and not eating the chick starter enough, which is a complete and balanced diet.

For a bantam breed they look to be on track for growth🙂 They'll be smaller because they are a smaller breed. You might be comparing them to a large chicken breed they will be bigger. Still to young still for sexing. They are cute
Thanks!
