Are this girils close to start laying ?

I buy this Two, month ago.
Are they close to start laying?
They are close to 5 months old, dont know breed if you know tell me.


They are named
Lady Corn and Madame Wheat.

Not immediately, but within the next month or so it looks as if they might start.

With my leghorns I can tell by the tail feathers, how far apart they are at the base near the cloaca, Only one of mine is laying yet and she looks like a tee pee from behind, the other one has tail feathers that are more in line at the moment...

I would say Catalan at first but I am wrong more times than I can count. Maybe someone else knows,
