They don't look anything like calls to me, but it is impossible to say whether they are part call without seeing the body and how the head and neck are carried..

A Call duck should look like a rubber duckie.

They do look like calls. It is unfortunate that you didn't get the color you wanted, I dealt with this before as I bought some raffle call duck eggs at a local show they were supposed to be butterscotch, but they were magpie ducks that hatched out.
