Are we sure this polish is a rooster??

I recently put up some pictures asking the gender of my polish and it a few people said both my silver laced were roosters. I know one is but I'm still not so sure about the other. Someone mentioned you can tell since the feather on the top of their head look more unruly. I've been keeping an eye on the one and it seems like the feathers are growing in different then the other. It's hard to get a good picture since it's windy and the feathers are blowing around but do we still think this is a rooster or is there a possibility of it being a hen??

Best method is to wait for it to crow.....or lay an egg, but crowing usualy comes first...lol
 
the one on left looks henny in this pic.

what did people say about the blue one? think I see roo feathers coming in crest on that one.

one thing you can do if help is available- have someone hold the bird from below to get clear view or crest, whole body from side and top. The pattern also helps in sexing.
 
The 2 on the left look like pullets and the one on right cockerel, here is pic if mine
