When I went to bed there were 2 by 5 am today there are 11.. they're on a roll

Question.. With so many hatching does anyone open the incubator and take out the spent shells to give more room to move or just leave it all in until it's done? Lock down was tuesday evening and the first peeps Thursday evening. Day 21 is today.

Is it too late to join? My duck eggs are due April 20 (although they have been rocking the last two days) and I also have one chicken egg in my Brinsea Octagon 20 with autoturner. 9 ducks and 1 chicken egg.
