Are you kidding me?!?! Weird Ebay Auction

Quote:
I bought eggs from this seller before he put his no NC sale disclaimer in. After I paid he first refused to ship eggs, then said he would refund and ship eggs. His excuse is he did not want competition from his own birds. I told him I neither sport or showed. He agreed to ship me eggs, and I waited and I waited and I waited. Over a month passed and he said he had no eggs to ship BUT he kept listing auctions and sometimes an alarming rate. And his feedback indicated he had shipped eggs after I had paid for mine.

I hate the Ebay feedback system and really hate to give negative feedback. After several emails I demanded my money back and he finally did. As much as I hate doing I really should leave him negative.

BTW he did not have the offensive pic when I bought my eggs. That would have been a big clue he was not playing with a full deck.

he is a little coo-coo... i know that guy from another forum. but he's a cool guy and is actually... pretty good in poultry care, Why he posted it is beyond me.. maybe a joke? hmm..

Contacted the seller simply telling him that there are way to prevent predators from eating his animals, and this was his reply:

"thank you for bringing your attention to me and everyone else now that i can warn them about you. first of all the bird the hawks get to cant be saved unless the hawks and falcons are harmed and harming an endangered species is illegal. second of all i can tell you do not have any experience with farming poultry so what are you really trying to do.
thanks again i will let everyone know you are causing trouble . it is not illegal for a hawk to eat someones chickens but it is illegal for a person to harm an endangered species. "

and 2nd message:

"i would also like to add from the previous message that was sent, that i do not harm my animals or any animals for any reason as i beleive you are suggesting. i frequently see predator birds hovering around my farm and other farms which are at least on every other house on my street. and this particular hawk was perched on a tree above my farm. it was the first time i have seen one that close so i took pictures of the hawk on the tree and on the ground, it just so happened the hawk had grabbed one of my young chickens that were free ranging at the time. all of my fowl are well cared for but like anyone else if you free range them and hen hatch them , you will loose some . most likely will not know how but you will loose some. so if you have never lost a single chick or bird to a predator, sickness or anything at all i would beleive you are the only person alive who raises fowl who has had such luck. at that moment i ran after her , took the picture. never seen it happen again ."

This guy is not playing with a full deck when he states that he can warn them about you....and another one, you are trying to cause trouble....what the heck is HE trying to say????? He seems like he wants to drag your name in mud and bad mouthing folks about your well meaning suggestions in protecting his flock from hawks.......yep, not playing with a full deck and his threats do not work with me. He better find something else to do rather than dragging folk's name in the mud.

I dont mind if he sells hatching eggs to falconers to feed their birds of preys but with that kind of "pedigree" of game birds, it makes me wonder.

I would feel sorry for the person who bid on the auction.
