Are your geese done laying for the year?

I took all the eggs from all of mine. Then gave them babies and everyone stopped. I wonder if the late start most of us had has anything to do with the girls laying so late into June?
 
Can I say how happy I am that Missy has stopped laying? but boy is she one cranky goose.

I noticed Beignet was on her nest yesterday morning, so I checked in the afternoon. She now has 7 eggs in her nest. Sheesh! I cannot believe she is still laying.

It appears that 7 may be the magic number for Beignet, as she went broody yesterday. I believe all of my geese are FINALLY done laying eggs.

I'm going to cautiously say this but I think BEATRICE HAS FINALLY GONE BROODY!! Yesterday she had 8 eggs in the nest. I don't know if she laid a 9th today or not because when I got home from work it was dusk and she was proudly sitting on her huge nest! Oh I am praying she IS broody finally and is done laying eggs for the year!!!

I hope so too, it's very hard on the nerves.
