Are your Muscovies Laying?

I was just wondering if anyone else's Muscovy are laying right now?

It's been VERY cold here, frozen all day for weeks now. sometimes the nighs are below 0. I have 2 girls that started laying (for the first time) in this freezing weather. just thoguht it was weird.

I just sold one of the hens but still have one thats laying almost daily, perfect Beige-colored eggs

I had four laying up until a few days ago. 3 laying as of yesterday but sold one of my laying girls yesterday SO unless they quit today should have 2 eggs. I expected them to stop with our cold weather also & lost one egg when it froze before I got to it. Hmmmm, maybe we feed them to well?

Mine are in duckhouses that are not heated or lighted sooooo that can't be it and we are ALMOST at our shortest day of the year.

Mine are just in with the chickens & 1 hen is with Nibbles. There is a light in the coop for the chickens but i never expected the ducks to start laying. would be really weird if they kept it up.
