I'm really afraid of getting my hopes up. Get tired of having them dashed, but it is looking really good! As Gallo said, no irrigation, but it has it's own well.

First thing I'll have to put a fence around it and build coops and storage. But to save $1500 a month, have some land and well! ! ! I 'll be tickled spitless!

The odds are looking good for us getting the 5 acres with the mobile. Financing is pre-approved. DSO is sending in the paperwork tomorrow.

Congrats...I have lots of land and you do have to be CAREFULL....you can fill it up fast. We have been on our ten acres for 10 years
Now are at the stage where we are getting a NEW HOUSE...the old one gets to be my chicken stuff. And we are cleaning up...really it is a new start.

I have goats,cows,sheep,dog and cats besides the poultry right now​

5pinkarrows - how are your new birds doing? Thanks for mentioning the duck poo. I was on a dangerous path but have been brought back in line. I really can't have and don't need ducks, especially with the extra poo!

Gallo and Bob's H - Thanks so much for the grape information. I think I will have to wait until fall when a new coop will hopefully be in place.

Gallo - Care to sell any mealworms? I am going to set up a culture as soon as I find an aquarium.
