OK folks, found a fancy pigeon in my yard. It has feathered feet, and let me pick it up. It doesn't look or act like a rat bird, so please let me know if anyone lost a pet.

Other layer/dual purpose possibly?
I'd like to buy some eggs, but I don't want to have them shipped across the country because of the risks (postal service, heat, etc) thanks

Yeah, but what brands are all those? I won't feed my birds Arizona Feeds, since it gives the flock the runs...

There are a couple of brands of feed out there that I won't give to my chickens.

Always check for the amount of "Ash" that is added. All that is, is a filler without any true nutritional value. "Runs" right through them.

I stick with Layena/Flock Raiser and Egg Maker.
