You handled that wrong. You're supposed tell her to get back in the kitchen and make you a sandwich. Smack her butt when she turns to leave. Duh.

Ok, enlighten me. What are cow shares, and why would they be illegal?

From my understanding it is where more than 2 people go in and split the money to care for a cow and are able to reap the benefits of the raw milk. From what I have heard the reason it's illegal is because of the RAW milk fact. I think its the FDA that says you can get sick & die from consuming raw milk. I don't think that is true at all. My whole family had a LOT of raw milk and had NO side affects but rather the opposite. We were feeling great and energized. Actually when the milk passed through our systems a day or 2 later I Felt like I had no energy. The milk gave me a great energy type of boost and it was soooo good.
Well thats my opinion personally.

I would love to but I have no place to keep it. It's certainly on my list for when we move to the country. Either a dwarf cow or a dairy goat, possibly dairy sheep, since I don't really like goats.

I have a raw milk contact if you still want it.

Is that place in Higley still selling? I quit buying when it went past $6 a gallon.

I am going to keep the cow at my place but can't use all the milk that they will produce.

I checked that dairy and the price per gallon is $10 each.... wow
