Mikey D, Thanks for you efforts in the shirts. I however don't wear/can't stand wearing t-shirts and I don't think my girls would wear them either as the have tons and always tell me they don't want to wear them. How are the surviving chicks doing? My two are doing pretty good but I can't get the sugar out of the ones feathers. I've tried washing it a couple times and it won't come out. I wouldn't worry much about it but it's right by her eye and the other one keep pecking at her.

I can't be counted on going to the show but sounds fun. I am going to try to plan it but depends on the coop development, husband, kids completion of chores and attitude.

So, I'm in school with my 1st grader (I home school) and my 3 year old comes in and says that my 21 month old daughter in "in the honey". I was also nursing my 5 1/2 month old (I multitask) at the time. So, I put the baby down and walk out to the kitchen and find that she has painted the counter and herself with honey...$12 a jar raw honey. She was using it like finger paint she could eat. Soooo, she got shower #2 today. The first shower was when she decided that diaper rash ointment was hair gel. At least they didn't make a "beach" for me out of the cream of wheat and corn starch...that was last time.

I too like the 3rd chicken - slightly rounder font on the AZ forum part though.

I was thinking that maybe I would do a "my pets make me breakfast"

I like the 3rd one down too, but instead of Az thread I think we should say Arizona Ckickens becuase that is the actual name of the thread. Just an idea. As for the red /blue I can't decide but one color would be easier to find people. Did I say I am sooooooo EEEEXXXXXXCCCCIIIITTTTEEEEDDDD!

These are great!
I really like #1 but I think the sun cut off the "s" on chickens and I like the other sun better.
What are you using to make these? Does your program have a font selection? On BYC you can only bold, italicize and underline, but in most programs you can change the font (style of the letters/words) to many different styles.



Oh poop! I didn't notice the S gone! I did that. Forgot to add the S.

I also like the bolder sun better. Well back to the drawing board. Yes I can change the font but don't know which to use. Get a name for me of the font and I will try to find it Mikey, If that is what you mean? I am using free clip art for the characters. I sand paint and use clipart a lot. Been thinking of trying chickens and see if anyone likes them. It is my own style. Another day. I will get a couple more made. Fix #1.

Maybe I can help think up the AZ BYC logo. I am pretty good with that.

I was thinking, just use the BYC logo, but change the sunrise to the Arizona Flag (or close to it). That's about the extent of my creativity! Maybe the original artist would hook us up?

I know I'm new here and I love all the information available here, but has anyone ever approached the site owners and suggested creating an AZ sub-forum? This way we can start seperate threads instead of continuing one long thread. Thanks for all the tips I've gotten off of this thread! We've gotta get ready for the Summer now!

Great idea, Billiam! Same could apply to the Ducks category. But the Arizona thread is one of the most active in BYC, and I think that's a good problem to have!
