Yeah, I looked at the reviews on Amazon and you aren't the only one with that issue. Looks like a bad batch of nipples to me. I can wholeheartedly recommend the ones from QC supply.

So I went ahead and ordered five nipples from QC Supply on Friday and I just got them in the mail. These are much larger/heavier/bulkier than the ones off of Amazon. I'm guessing they will work out just fine. I'll take a picture later when I swap them out so you can see the difference. Thanks for the referral.
