soooooooooo, i just got the fireman to go and get a 12x6x6 dog run for me. he brought it home and had the neighbor help him lift it over the wall and then he said, "you know, sometimes i really need to think things thru before i go and get them for you." i have the main coop(which has been expanded), a growout pen, an isolation turned into silkie pen, an outdoor brooder, and now...................DUCKIE GROWOUT!!!!!!!!!!!

still haven't told him how many ducklings are coming from Holderreads

it'll be like christmakkauh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BlueBell is no differant this morning. No food in her crop, just stands there. Doesn't come for loving. Her eyes look real good. Open and clear. No nose drips. Not panting. I think I am loosing her!

Thinking of you today. I know how much BlueBell means to you. Hoping she pulls out of it.

Ok I have a proposition for anyone who is interested. I have some silkie babies that I need to downsize on. I was wondering if anyone has any rabbits they are willing to trade for some silkies?. I am interested in california's, new zealands, rex's or any combination of the breeds. I am looking for a breeding pair or younger maybe even two does & a buck that are not related. Or if anyone has some midget turkey eggs they are willing to trade also.


I have many silkie colors available to choose from. Please let me know..

Started mine in Feb with about 200. Still not enough to be sufficient amount to feed to my hens ( And the wait continues. Should be soon I hope.

wow ok.. question is... is it worth it for driving time to get to where ever they are holding it?
