My girls are about 10 weeks old, still looking for a Wayndotte any color about the same age or older. I have made some calls... No luck, do not think a chick will work. Not until one of my girls get broody.

I am not sure if a new member would be accepted very well anyway. A cactus Wren got into the girls run while they were out, Clare and Lucy were the closest to there run and lead the attack, when I caught the pure little bird Vony flow up and tried to pick her. Is this common to be so protective of their territory? I am finding more dove tail feathers.... I wonder if they caught more then one dove in their pin. I have not seen a dove go in their run for a couple of days.
