Oh, ya, also we also have a monk tree.. One just sprouted in a pot.. I thought it was our neighbors that smoke pot every day, put some seeds in one of our pots.. Nope it was just a monk tree..
GOT TO GO.. The rain is coming..
So what denomination is your monk tree?

Well shoot, this little girl either got a injury or something else? What do ya all think..?
This is one of the chicks that has not grown as much as the others.. I did clean out some puss in the one eye before I took this photo.. This was the mystery chick from a Meyer order.. Her legs are skin color..
Poor thing, she looks miserable. Sorry I can't help you. Hope she feels better soon.

Is it me or is AZ having a mass ant invasion?? The ground of my ducks enclosure is crawling with ands, my tortoise burrowed a hole and got stuck so we had to dig her out and ended up hiting an ant hill which then caused the ants to attack the tortoise! Then I took my dog to the park and ants were crawling all over me while I was just sitting there. Any ideas on controlling ants without harming other pets?
I wait until the hottest time of day and pour boiling water on the colony, slowly so it goes down their tunnels instead of pooling on the ground. If you do this for several days in a row the colony usually dies because it looses too many workers. Sometimes they will move the colony but all you have to do is follow their trail to find where they moved to.

I've been busy so haven't got to post here in a while. I set a bunch of quail eggs a couple of weeks ago and now I got 45 quail chicks! Cute and always hungry! They were eating FF right after hatching. I'm wanting to keep the biggest ones so I'm not sure when to get rid of the extras. For now I'm enjoying having some babies to fuss over.

The nice thing about brooding chicks here is they rarely need a heat lamp on them, just a bit at night for the first week.

@Macboat@carnivore
@City farm doesn't work in desktop version either.

Let me know if you get any kind of notification
Are you pushing the actual @ sign on the keyboard or the @ sign just next to the Bold box, attachment box etc? I just figured it out. Never even paid attention to that @ symbol there.
