I know that Higley Feed, the Feed Barn & Haug Ranch carry rice hull bedding; I'm sure others do as well. Most feed stores should have Sweet PDZ. I'd suggest calling the stores ear you and see if they have them.

Hi all. Hoping for some help with my flock before I just slit all their throats. Just posted in Emergencies/Diseases section.

I am so down on my chickens, it just isn't fun anymore. Had to take out another rooster yesterday cause he was just pulling Polish feathers and eating them. Weirdo!!

well, after 5 months of having chickens, it finally happened. our first fatality. my lovely beagle saw me moving my month old chicks when one BA named Happy Feet(my favorite one!) flew out of the box and he seized the day. he chomped the poor chick down with me and my 3 small kids all screaming and he finally droppped him dead on the patio. horrendous. why couldn't he have gotten one of my suspected roos instead, not my favorite chick! stupid beagle and stupid me for trying to move them the way i was. my fault. i got lax. RIP Happy Feet.

That storm was wild! I was at DS's school to pick him up and the storm got so violent that I thought a tornado was just going to show up and take us away. The van was rocking! Good morning everyone. Some one east of me is getting a pounding , A real light show going on.
I need to fill some water pans in the run. The lighting made me beat feet back in the house.
I have some young Roosters mixed Sultan and Frizzle, they are really great looking. I will be looking for a new home for them. Also i have 3 most Sultan, all are Bantams. I also would open to trade. I am looking for Bantams only.
