Arizona Chickens

Here's a friendly question for anyone who wants to answer

How do you feel about water gun "training" or using sticks to corral chickens?
I used the Squirt guns to convince my chickens to go where I wanted them to go. They have no IDEA where the stimulation is coming from since I am quite a distance away. It sends message to targeted chickens, and others follow. I also used a broom waving it, but it seems to get the larger crowd running more.

A couple girls relaxing in the hole left when I removed some brick. They all had some unflavored gelatin with blueberries and scratch for an afternoon snack, then played in the water. The naked neck is Nova.

@Jadesun6 use the idea, it's why I shared! I've been wetting the ground under the table a few times a day with a very slow trickle. I'm hoping it'll become permanently damp under there and stay cool

@DesertChic - that little EE baby reminds me of my hubby when his beard get fluffy - usually around Christmas time. I never seem to have time to trim it around then!! So cute. @Jadesun6 - is the momma a EE bantam? I have some given to me bantams that I don't know what they are so am continuing to try to see what breed they might be. Not doing well and I figure they are around 4 weeks old. That is a sweet momma and daughter pic.
