Arizona Chickens

Ok you all know I moved to Pennsylvania last fall I’m from pa moved to Arizona 11yrs ago and moved back. I just need to say THE HUMIDY IS HORRIBLE! Lol. And many more bugs than I remembered.

my first pullet to start laying and I got 3 eggs so far. A pretty blue blue very small.

I also put another dozen of my eggs in the incubator. Hoping for some nice white ones.

love the special needs kitty. Hope she has some good days ahead.
Glad you checked in here. What breeds do you have?

Hey all, this heat has been miserable, we had Glenn's (Hubby) step mom's services on Saturday, it was miserable for a grave side service. This stupid virus meant that no one was able to be with her at the last. There were only 20 people allowed at the service because of it, she was a very active member of her Church and of the Ladies Club. So you know there would have been far more. All the chickens and chicks are doing good, the one's out running with the flock and the one's with Midnight in the pen for broodies right now, not sure if I want to turn them all loose or if I want to just move them to the grow out pen. I can tell that midnight is ready to get out of there.

Yes, she started laying a few weeks ago, still shy, but the smaller ones come right up to me, run through my legs, love that so much. Are the white ones mixed with leghorn? Also It looks like 3 hens & 1 cockerel.

The white one's have some White NN/White Breese in them, as that mix is what I started out with here. On the batch that you got, any that might have hatched from a green egg would have some Crested Cream Leghorn in them.

Afraid my foster kitty isn't doing to good, she's refusing to drink today.. I hate the thought of having to give her water or whatever by syringe but that is what it's looking like I am going to have to do, she's got some kinda issue going on with her throat as she makes this clacking noise everytime she swallows. The animal shelter is the one I am fostering through, they are responsible for her Vet Care, but they can also say, well, lets put her down.. I don't want that to happen.

Leghorn or legbar?

Crested Cream Legbar. I was in a hurry to type earlier, as we had trouble with the internet doing the in-out, in-out thing. They have older bad pair's on the lines out here, and are too cheap to replace them with new one's that will work correctly.

Edit: I have never had any of the Leghorn's here, just the Crested Cream Legbars that laid the blue egg's.
