He already has some big NN's that he's breeding, now he want's the Dorking pullet's that have started laying also. They are more submissive and will squat for him. They have been squatting for me too.

I just hope that he doesn't end up hurting them because of his size before I can get the Dorking's rehomed.

You could trim his claws like I do my parrot! More hens for him to divide his efforts on would help, I would suppose!

Do chickens usually squat for humans? Or is it atypical?
He's not going to be here much longer neither, because I need to be able to start on the Aloha's and the NN Aloha's soon. He's been nice, but if he can't get rehomed, he will be culled. Can't have him fighting with the rooster that I will be using for those.

They do for their humans. Not for strangers!
Not all do, but these Silver Grey Dorking pullet's are different. 4 of the 7 just started laying egg's, so the other 3 should start soon also.
